Refund policy

1. Used credits are not refundable

A credit is used when the AI creates a photo. Once the photo is created, the credit is used, and we do not refund it.

This is true even if you do not like the result because of:

• the lighting;
• the camera settings, for example a slow shutter speed, or a shaky or blurry photo;
• the pose or the framing;
• the photo that was taken or uploaded;
• the style that was chosen.

The AI created the photo, so the credit was used. Before an event, test your camera, light and styles with a few photos.

2. Technical failures: credits come back on their own

If a photo is not created because of an error in the service, the credits for that photo go back to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask.

3. Double charges and billing errors

If you were charged twice for the same order, or charged the wrong amount, we refund the extra charge. Ask for it as explained in section 6.

4. Unused credits: your right to cancel

If you buy as a consumer in Israel, the European Union, the European Economic Area, Switzerland or the United Kingdom, the law lets you cancel a purchase of credits that you have not used yet, within 14 days of the purchase.

• In Israel, under the Consumer Protection Law, a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the price or ₪100, whichever is lower, may be charged.
• When you use the first credit of a pack, you agree that the digital content is delivered right away. From that moment, the right to cancel no longer applies to the credits you have used.
• If you have used part of a pack, you can still cancel the credits that are unused, within the 14 days.
• The 20 gift credits of the first purchase come only with that purchase, and they are used only after your paid credits. If you cancel it, or get a refund for any part of it, the gift credits are removed from your balance.

5. Expired credits are not refundable

Credits are valid for 12 months from the day you buy them. The credits that expire first are used first. Credits that have expired are not refundable.

5a. Monthly gallery extras

More space for your galleries, your brand on the gallery and your own domain are billed every month and renew on their own until you cancel. You can cancel at any time. The extra stays active until the end of the month you already paid for, and the next month is not charged. We do not refund part of a month, except where the law requires it. If you cancel more space, galleries above your free space can no longer receive new photos.

6. How to ask for a refund

• Write to us at [email protected] with the e-mail address you used to buy and the payment number from your receipt (it starts with “pay_”).

Approved refunds are sent by Dodo Payments to the same payment method you used.

7. Your rights under the law

If the law where you live gives you rights that cannot be taken away by a contract, those rights come first.
